About Ceafel

CEAFEL results from the merging of Center for Functional Analysis and Application (see archived site of CEAF ) and Center for Linear and Combinatorial Structures (see website CELC).

CEAFEL, is a research center devoted to fundamental research in the areas of Functional Analysis, Group Representation Theory, Matrix Theory and Linear Systems. Applications to Physics and Engineering of some of the previous topics are also research interests of the Center.

CEAFEL is a research unit of University of Lisbon based at Instituto Superior Técnico with a branch at Faculty of Sciences. The Center is organized into two groups: The Group for Functional Analysis and the Group for Linear, Algebraic and Combinatorial Structures.
